At Torrey Hills Shine we provide a monthly subscription service for at home hand car washes. Torrey Hills Shine was founded by two hard-working brothers. Their goal was to save enough money for their first cars and their college degrees. It has since expanded its focus to provide employment for other aspiring high school and college students with the same goals.
